• A soft rich dough hand twisted into a knot, coated with our flavourful Parmesan and garlic spread. • Hand tied and stretched. • Uniformly weighted.

• Keep frozen until ready to use. Individual ovens vary. These instructions are guidelines only. Adjust temperature and baking time as needed. • Conventional or Toaster Oven: • 1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). • 2. Remove frozen knots from bag and place flat on baking tray or aluminum foil on center rack of oven. • 3. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
